How much should I offer or expect to to pay for a suzuki motorcycle?

2006 suzuki gxs-r 750 with 21 thousand miles on it with alot of add ons such as custom exaust and frame sliders how much should i offer for it?|||Look it up in the kelly blue book for motorcycles.|||depends where you live where i live they go for about three i wouldnt pay over that for something that might have ben raced or layed down in my opinion
